Recently, Zhejiang Yantai Electric Co., Ltd. officially completed the upgrade and commissioning of its intelligent dust-free production line, marking a new breakthrough in the company's automated manufacturing capacity. Founded in 2002, as a Zhejiang High-tech Enterprise, Yantai Electric has been focusing on the R&D and production of low-voltage electrical appliances for more than 20 years. This production line upgrade integrates advanced assembly equipment and precision testing systems, further optimizing the production process of RCCB relays and related products.
After the upgrade, the monthly output of RCCB relays stably reaches 800,000-900,000 PCS, and RCCB monthly output hits 160,000 PCS, effectively meeting the growing demand of domestic and foreign customers. The company's person in charge stated that adhering to the policy of "survive by quality, development by innovation", Yantai Electric will continue to invest in manufacturing upgrading, improve production efficiency and product consistency, and lay a solid foundation for high-quality development. At present, the company has 10 professional R&D engineers and 8 quality management personnel, forming a complete technical research and quality control system to escort the stable production of high-end products.
